Maven Ambassadors (“Maven Ambassadors,” “Maven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional staffing and promotional talent for marketing, advertising, events, and experiential campaigns. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

In-store demonstrations

Specific services, staffing requirements, rates, schedules, responsibilities, and other project terms may be established separately through a proposal, estimate, booking confirmation, agreement, or statement of work.

3. Consultation and Staffing Requests
Submitting a consultation or staffing inquiry through our website does not create a binding agreement or guarantee that Maven Ambassadors will provide staffing services.
Information submitted through our website may be used to evaluate your project, determine staffing requirements, prepare a proposal or estimate, and communicate with you regarding your inquiry.
A staffing engagement is not considered confirmed until the applicable terms have been accepted by both parties and any required booking documentation, deposit, payment, or other requirements have been completed.
4. Staffing Services and Talent
Maven Ambassadors makes reasonable efforts to provide professional, qualified, and appropriately matched talent based on the information and requirements provided by the client.
Talent availability is subject to change. Requested individuals, quantities, dates, locations, or specific talent characteristics cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Maven Ambassadors may provide substitute talent when circumstances outside our reasonable control affect a confirmed booking. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement and communicate material changes to the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding event dates, locations, schedules, duties, working conditions, dress requirements, physical requirements, expected interactions, and any other conditions relevant to the assignment.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Maven Ambassadors agree to provide a safe, professional, and appropriate working environment for assigned personnel.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and timely instructions necessary for talent to perform the agreed services.
Clients must not require talent to perform duties that are materially different from the agreed assignment without prior approval from Maven Ambassadors.
Clients are also responsible for obtaining any permits, venue approvals, event credentials, insurance, licenses, or other permissions required for their event or activation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Rates, Payments, and Additional Charges
Staffing rates, minimum booking requirements, deposits, travel expenses, overtime, cancellation fees, rush fees, administrative fees, and other applicable charges will be communicated to the client as part of the applicable proposal, estimate, booking confirmation, or agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment terms specified in an applicable invoice or agreement will control.
Additional charges may apply when an assignment changes after confirmation, including changes to:
The client is responsible for approved additional charges associated with changes requested by the client or circumstances attributable to the client.
7. Cancellations and Changes
Staffing personnel are scheduled and reserved based on confirmed bookings. Cancellations or substantial changes may therefore result in cancellation fees or other charges.
Applicable cancellation policies, notice requirements, and fees will be stated in the applicable booking agreement, proposal, or confirmation.
If no separate cancellation policy has been provided, Maven Ambassadors may charge reasonable fees for commitments, preparation, staffing, travel, administrative costs, or other non-refundable expenses incurred in connection with the booking.
Maven Ambassadors reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking when circumstances outside our reasonable control make fulfillment impractical or unsafe.
8. Event Conditions and Safety
Maven Ambassadors is committed to providing professional staffing services in a safe and respectful environment.
Clients must promptly notify Maven Ambassadors of any known safety concerns, hazardous conditions, unusual working conditions, security concerns, or other circumstances that could reasonably affect assigned personnel.
Maven Ambassadors may remove or decline to place personnel at an event if we reasonably determine that conditions are unsafe, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
9. Photos, Video, and Marketing Materials
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Maven Ambassadors may request or receive photographs, videos, campaign materials, or other content relating to staffing assignments for purposes of documenting services and evaluating campaign performance.
Any use of client trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, or other proprietary materials will be subject to applicable client permissions and agreements.
Maven Ambassadors will not knowingly imply that a client endorses Maven Ambassadors beyond the scope of the parties’ agreed relationship.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, trademarks, service marks, branding, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Maven Ambassadors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
“Maven Ambassadors” and associated branding may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
You may view and use website content for your personal or legitimate business evaluation of Maven Ambassadors’ Services. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Information you submit that is false, misleading, or unlawful;
Your violation of applicable laws or regulations; or
Your acts or omissions in connection with an event or staffing engagement.
This provision does not require you to indemnify Maven Ambassadors for matters caused by Maven Ambassadors’ own negligence or misconduct to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms govern general use of the website and Services. A separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, booking confirmation, or other document may contain additional or different terms applicable to a specific staffing engagement.
